Padel4yu is an overall concept for padel, and we are constantly working for new solutions for everything that has to do with padel. With our own padel clubs in operation, we constantly get new ideas on how to improve and make it easier for our customers with increased occupancy, increased income and an even higher customer satisfaction as a result.

The first thing to consider when building a padelcourt is what space you have to work with. The court itself must have a playing surface of 20x10 meters and therefore needs an outer dimension of at least 21x11 meters - but preferably more. Also keep in mind that the ceiling height must be well-sized, you need at least 6 meters preferably 8 meters or more.

It’s important to get help from an expert in an early stage in the process. This can save you a lot of time and generate more revenue in the long run by maximizing income per m2.

On a padel court, the sand helps to soak up water and keep the court from getting slippery. It also makes the ball go slower and easier to handle, the sand also extends the lifespan of the artificial grass.

You will need a padel racquet, which is solid and stringless with perforations, as well as padel balls, which are similar to tennis balls but with slightly lower pressure. Comfortable athletic clothing and court shoes are also recommended.

Monofiber is an affordable alternative that has good playing properties but also requires a little more maintenance when it comes to spreading the sand towards the middle by brushing. Curly grass, which is another type of grass surface for padel court(s) is more expensive but has a longer lifespan and requires less maintenance.

Depending on whether you are going to build padel courts indoors or outdoors, it is important that there is space to unload and place the padel courts near the padel courts. That electricity and foundations are properly done, to avoid downtime during installation.

Let experienced staff take care of the installation of the Padel court itself. Such work includes, putting the court in place, mounting glass, laying gravel and attaching luminaires to lighting poles, as well as drawing electricity from 8 luminaires to one point.

In general, you need to change the grass every fifth year. The glass in the facility usually needs to be cleaned once a month and the sand on the courts needs to be brushed about once a week. You may also need to replace lights and keep it clean and tidy on and around the courts. Inspect the glass of the padel courts monthly to check that they don´t touch each other.
